Conditions of Use

Handing over
Delivered with the spanish post "correos".

Shipment
The article is shipped at the following workingday after receiving the payment.

Advanced payment
To our german or spanish bancaccount. After receiving the payment (2-4 days) the product will be shipped.

Shipment time
Normally the shipping time is between 3-7 workingdays.

Nonacceptance
Registered letters will be preserved a certain time at your postoffice. In case of nonacceptance of the packet and returning delivery, the client has to pay the accruing shipping costs.

Non paid orders
The client has to pay the ordered items within 5 days. If the money transfer doesn´t arrives within 10 days after order, the order will be canceled and the item will be reinstalled. In that case the client looses every claim on the ordered article.

Redelivery privilege
Orders can be send back within 2 weeks after the receipt of goods without giving any reasons. In case of redelivery we need an information per email additionally. Locked out from redelivery are items, which are not any longer in unconsumed condition.
Refunded is the selling price of the item, not the shipping costs.

Shipping damages
The shipping company is responsible for damages on the shipment-way. Damaged packets should be reclaimed soon as possible at your postoffice.

Correspondence
In every correspondence the date of the order and the billnumber has to put in.
